A beautiful slab image does not show where a joint can end, whether the main movement should cross a doorway, or how the largest finished piece will reach the installation area.

For a useful quotation, begin with the finished elevation: wall width and height, openings, corners, focal areas, quantity, destination and anything already confirmed by the local installer.

A product name is not enough to prepare a wall quotation. The finished elevation helps identify the focal area, openings, acceptable joint positions and the direction in which the surface movement should run.

Questions project buyers ask before quoting.

What information helps you prepare an interior wall quotation?

Send the finished wall width and height, number of walls, openings, corners, preferred surface, approximate quantity, destination and target schedule. A marked drawing or site photo is helpful, but rough information is enough to begin.

Which slab size and thickness should I use for a wall?

The suitable option depends on the selected surface, finished piece dimensions, substrate, access route, fixing system and local project requirements. We can confirm currently available material formats, while the local installer or engineer must confirm the final wall system.

Can a large-format wall be completely joint-free?

Not necessarily. Large formats may reduce visual breaks, but joints can still be required by available slab size, finished wall dimensions, openings, movement requirements, handling limits and installation planning. Mark acceptable joint positions on the elevation before quantity is finalized.

Does Funtek provide the final installation system?

Funtek supplies the sintered stone and can help organize product, sample, format, batch, packing and shipment information. Substrate preparation, structural loading, adhesive or mechanical fixing, local codes and final installation must be confirmed by the responsible local project team.

Should I approve a sample before ordering?

Yes. Screen images are useful for shortlisting, but a physical sample helps review tone, texture and finish in the project lighting. For larger projects, also discuss batch and slab-image confirmation requirements before the order is finalized.

How should wall panels be identified and packed for delivery?

Tell us the destination, access constraints, finished piece plan and whether identification by wall, elevation or installation sequence is required. Marking, crate and loading requirements should be agreed before production and packing are finalized.
