Shipping Policy
Funtek supplies sintered stone slabs mainly for B2B, wholesale, project, and custom-size orders. Because our products are large, heavy, and fragile, shipping arrangements are confirmed based on order size, destination, product quantity, packaging requirements, shipping method, and project needs.
Please contact us before placing an order if you need a freight quote, project delivery plan, or sample shipment.
1. Order Processing Time
Order processing time depends on product availability, quantity, customization requirements, packaging, and project specifications.
For in-stock products, processing usually takes 3–7 business days after order confirmation and payment.
For custom-size, made-to-order, wholesale, bulk, or project orders, processing time may be longer and will be confirmed before production or shipment.
2. Shipping Methods
Depending on the order type and destination, we may arrange shipping by:
- Sea freight
- Truck freight
- Air freight for samples or urgent small shipments
- Courier service for sample orders where available
- Other freight methods agreed with the customer before shipment
Large-format sintered stone slabs are usually shipped by sea freight, truck freight, or professional freight carrier due to their size, weight, and fragile nature.
3. Shipping Regions
We support international shipping for B2B, wholesale, and project orders.
Shipping availability, cost, and delivery time depend on the destination country or region, local import requirements, freight carrier availability, and order details.
If a destination is not available through standard checkout or automatic shipping settings, customers may contact us for a manual freight quotation.

Estimated delivery time varies depending on shipping method, destination, product quantity, customs clearance, and freight schedule.
General estimated delivery times are:
- Sample orders: 5–15 business days where courier service is available
- Air freight orders: 7–20 business days depending on destination and carrier availability
- Sea freight orders: 20–45 days depending on destination port and shipping schedule
- Project or bulk orders: delivery time will be confirmed based on order details
These timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, port congestion, weather, carrier delays, public holidays, destination location, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not fixed for all orders.
Shipping cost depends on product size, quantity, weight, packaging method, destination, freight method, insurance requirements, and project needs.
For B2B, wholesale, bulk, project, or custom-size orders, shipping cost will be confirmed before order processing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If shipping cost is shown during checkout, in a quotation, or in a confirmed order document, that shipping cost applies only to the specific products, quantity, shipping method, and destination stated in that order.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, port charges, customs clearance fees, local delivery fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping quote unless clearly stated in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local charges required by the destination country or region.
7. Packaging
Sintered stone slabs are packed with protective materials and suitable crates, pallets, or other packaging methods for freight transportation.
Packaging methods may vary depending on product size, quantity, order type, and shipping method.
For project, bulk, or custom-size orders, packaging requirements may be confirmed with the customer before shipment.
8. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all products and packaging immediately upon delivery.
If you receive damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, pallet, crate, or shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
Visible shipping damage should be reported before signing for delivery whenever possible.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, may affect the result of your claim.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including recipient name, company name, phone number, email address, shipping address, destination port where applicable, and any special delivery requirements.
Funtek is not responsible for delays, additional charges, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
10. Split Shipments and Partial Shipments
For bulk, project, or mixed-product orders, shipments may be split into multiple batches depending on product availability, packaging requirements, production schedule, container loading, or freight arrangements.
If split shipment is required, we will confirm the arrangement with the customer before shipment where applicable.
