Project consultation

Your sintered stone project starts with Funtek.

Send a drawing, a reference image, or even a rough idea. We will turn the early details into clear slab options, sample direction, and the next practical step.

Frequently asked questions

What should I send to receive an accurate quotation?
Send whatever you already have. The most helpful details are the application, slab or finished dimensions, thickness, finish, approximate quantity or area, destination port or delivery address, target date, and any drawing, room photo, or material reference. If some information is missing, you can still contact us—your dedicated sales contact will identify only the details needed for the next step.
What if my drawings or material specifications are not final yet?
That is completely fine. A sketch, room photo, reference image, approximate area, and destination are enough to begin. We will not ask you to finalize every detail immediately. Your sales contact will first clarify the decisions that affect material selection, fabrication, packing, or shipping, then help you build a practical brief as the project develops.
What will be included in my quotation?
Your quotation will identify the scope being priced, such as full slabs or cut-to-size pieces, dimensions, thickness, finish, quantity, packing method, applicable trade terms, estimated production time, and freight options when requested. Details that have not yet been confirmed will be shown as assumptions or separate options, making it easier to understand the price and compare the next decision.
Can you help me choose the right color, finish, thickness, and slab size?
Yes. Tell us where the material will be used, the look you want, the dimensions, and any performance or fabrication concern. We can help narrow the choices for countertops, walls, floors, vanity units, furniture, or exterior applications, while considering factors such as vein scale, surface sheen, edge appearance, support conditions, cleaning, slip requirements, and how multiple slabs should read together.
Can I receive samples or see the actual slabs before production?
Available samples can help you screen color, finish, texture, and edge appearance, but a small piece cannot show the full vein movement of a large-format slab or every variation within a production batch. Depending on the order stage, we can coordinate suitable samples, close-up images, full-slab photos, video, finish references, or current batch information so you know what each piece of evidence can confirm.
Who will manage my project after I place the order?
You will have one dedicated Funtek sales contact throughout the project. Your contact coordinates material confirmation, production updates, inspection requests, packing, shipping documents, and delivery follow-up with our internal teams. You do not need to contact different departments—we keep the information connected, update you at each important stage, and remain available until the goods arrive.
How do you protect the material during international shipping?
Packing is planned around the material format, finished dimensions, quantity, handling method, and transport route. Depending on the order, this may include suitable wooden crates or frames, separators, edge and corner protection, secure internal fixing, moisture protection, and clear package identification. Before dispatch, we can also coordinate requested photos of the finished goods, labels, crate condition, and loading process for your records.
What if I need inspection records or find a problem after delivery?
Tell your sales contact which inspection or dispatch records your project requires before shipment so they can be included in the handover plan. If you notice a problem after arrival, photograph the unopened packaging, shipping marks, crate condition, labels, and affected material before installation, then contact us promptly. Your dedicated sales contact will trace the order records, coordinate an internal review, and guide you through the practical next step.

Before you approve a slab

See what you are buying before it leaves China.

A small sample can confirm color and finish, but it cannot show the full movement of a large-format slab or how one production batch may vary. Tell us where the material will be used and what must match. We can then prepare the right combination of close-up photos, full-slab video, finish references, available sample options, and production checks so you can make the next decision with evidence instead of guesswork.

No final drawing yet? A room photo, reference image, approximate size, and destination are enough to begin.

Material confirmation Match the proof to your decision

Need to confirm color, vein scale, surface sheen, translucency, edge appearance, or how several slabs read together? We will tell you what can be checked by sample and what should be checked with current slab photos or video.

Before dispatch Ask for the evidence you need

Depending on the order, we can coordinate measurements, slab or finished-piece photos, labels, packing details, crate condition, and loading records before the goods are handed over for shipment.
