Return & Refund Policy
Funtek supplies sintered stone slabs mainly for B2B, wholesale, project, and custom-size orders. Our products are heavy, fragile, and often prepared according to customer requirements. For this reason, standard returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after payment, provided that production, processing, packaging, or shipping arrangements have not started.
After 24 hours, or once production, customization, packaging, or shipping preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is approved at that stage, any costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund.
2. Returns
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products caused by our error.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products cut, processed, or manufactured to requested specifications
- Bulk, wholesale, or project-based orders
- Sample orders
- Clearance or special sale items
- Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, installation, or misuse by the customer
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Eligibility
A return may only be approved if one of the following situations applies:
- The wrong product was shipped by us
- The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
- The product was seriously damaged before delivery and the issue is properly documented upon receipt

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, pallet, or crate
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, may affect the result of your claim.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved because of our error, such as a confirmed defect, incorrect shipment, or verified damage before delivery, Funtek will arrange a reasonable solution. This may include replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return approval.
If a return is approved for any reason not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, and related charges.
Due to the size and weight of sintered stone slabs, return shipping costs may vary depending on product size, quantity, location, carrier, and shipping method.
5. Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Refund amounts may vary depending on the situation.
Refund solutions may include:
- Full refund for verified major product defects or incorrect shipment caused by us
- Partial refund where appropriate
- Replacement where appropriate
- Deduction of shipping, handling, packaging, customization, banking, or other non-recoverable costs where applicable
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
6. Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products caused by our error.
Exchanges are not available for custom-size products, made-to-order products, sample orders, installed products, used products, or products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
If an exchange is approved, we will confirm the replacement product, processing time, and shipping arrangement with the customer before shipment.
7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Custom orders
- Made-to-order products
- Sample orders
- Clearance or special sale items
- Bulk, wholesale, or project-based orders
- Installed, used, cut, altered, or processed products
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, installation, or misuse after delivery
8. Natural Variation
Sintered stone products may show slight differences in tone, veining, texture, size tolerance, or surface appearance between batches, samples, photos, and final delivered goods.
These reasonable variations are not considered product defects.
