Our standard MOQ starts from 300 m². For project orders or mixed designs, send us the required products and quantities and we’ll check the best available supply arrangement.
02What are your payment terms?+
Our standard payment term is 70% deposit to confirm the order, with the remaining 30% paid before shipment.
Specific payment methods and arrangements are confirmed with your quotation.
03How long does it take to ship an order?+
Stock orders can typically be prepared and dispatched within 7–14 days after confirmation. If production is required, allow approximately 25–30 days before the goods are ready for shipment.
04Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. Samples are available for color, pattern, surface and finish confirmation. Tell us which products interest you and the destination, and we’ll arrange suitable samples and shipping details.
05Do you keep sintered stone slabs in stock?+
Yes, selected designs, sizes and thicknesses are available from stock. Availability changes by collection and warehouse, so confirm the required product before ordering.
06Can I mix different colors or designs in one order?+
Yes. Mixed-design orders can be arranged depending on stock, slab specifications and quantity. Send product codes or reference images and we’ll check availability.
07Do you support project orders?+
Yes. We support residential, hospitality, retail and commercial projects with product selection, specification matching, samples, batch confirmation, QC, export packing and shipment.
08Which ports do you ship from?+
The port depends on stock location and the factory or warehouse fulfilling the order. Common options include Guangzhou Nansha Port and Shanghai Port. We confirm the recommended port before finalizing the order.

Loading quantity depends on slab size, thickness, packing method and container type. Once you provide the specification and quantity, we calculate the estimated slab count, total area and container requirement.
