Yes. When pre-shipment approval is required, we provide the agreed photos or videos of full slabs, surfaces, edges, batch labels, quantities, and processing results. The inspection scope—and whether packing must wait for your approval—should be recorded at order confirmation to protect the schedule.

Minimum quantities depend on stock availability, slab size, thickness, finish, and production batch. Stock items are generally easier to arrange in small quantities or LCL shipments. Mixed designs may be possible in a full container after we review weight, packing, and batch compatibility. We confirm the quantity of each design before proposing a workable loading plan.

Samples can be arranged according to the product and destination, with sample IDs, photos, packing details, and courier tracking. Samples are useful for checking color, feel, and finish, but pattern scale, lighting, and production batches may create visual differences. For color-sensitive projects, we also recommend approving the actual shipment batch.

Standard sizes include 900×1800, 900×2600, 1200×2400, 1200×2600, and 1600×3200 mm. Common thicknesses are 6, 9, and 15 mm, with polished, matte, satin, and textured finishes. Custom sizes, thicknesses, cutting, cut-outs, beveling, edge finishing, and book-matched layouts can be evaluated for feasibility, yield, cost, and lead time.

Lead time depends on stock, production batch, quantity, and processing requirements. The formal quotation states the estimated production or preparation period. We normally update you at confirmation, production or stock allocation, inspection, packing, container loading, and shipment. Fixed weekly reports or project-specific milestones can be agreed before ordering.

Yes. The buyer normally appoints the inspection company, and we coordinate factory access and timing. The inspection scope, sampling rate, standards, report format, cost allocation, and treatment of nonconformities should be agreed in advance. A third-party inspection does not replace the product specifications confirmed in the order.

Sintered stone with a natural-stone appearance may show slight variations in tone, pattern placement, or sheen between batches. We prioritize a single batch and notify you before mixing batches or when batch quantities are limited. Projects requiring continuous veining, wall layouts, or close color matching should allow extra material and approve the layout before processing.

EXW suits buyers who can collect and export from China. Under FOB, we deliver to the port of loading and complete export formalities. CIF adds ocean freight and insurance to the destination port. DDP may include destination clearance, duties, and delivery, subject to the country, address, and product. Use the quotation switcher on this page to compare cost and responsibility.

We provide the vessel, voyage, estimated departure and arrival dates, and the tracking information available from the carrier. Ocean freight does not normally offer continuous vehicle-style GPS tracking. Destination clearance depends on the agreed Incoterm: it is generally the buyer’s responsibility under FOB and CIF, while DDP scope is defined in the formal quotation.

Do not discard the packing or move all material immediately. Take continuous photos and video before and during unloading, recording the container, seal, A-frames, outer packing, slab positions, and damage. Ask the carrier or local logistics provider to acknowledge the condition on site whenever possible. Send the evidence, packing list, bill of lading, and arrival time to your project manager so we can coordinate the appropriate transport, insurance, or after-sales response.
